Gaia end of Year Updates
Our commitment to continuous quality improvement (CQI) is reflected in our software enhancements and development process. Keeping your EHR properly updated helps prevent security breaches, provides you with the latest available features, and enables you to take advantage of bug-fixing patches that keep your software in excellent working condition. Considering how much of an investment your EHR is for many dialysis clinics, protecting that investment is a high priority.
Our support team works with our users to document requests and issues, and our Development team integrates the feedback into the modules. We work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for improvement and ideas that take our products to the next level.
In release 8.4.0.x (released 12/2017), users received several new features and enhancements including CROWNWeb updates, Interdisciplinary assessments, as well as numerous reporting controls and forms. These include additional label printing options, streamlined flow sheet access, improved non-adherence review, and many more.
In release 8.4.1.x (scheduled for 1/2018 release) users will find 2018 Billing changes including new coding information for Sensipar and Parsabiv. It will also include several new features, namely a Chairside UFR calculation dashboard. This new dashboard will help users visualize the UFR numbers now required for monthly CROWNWeb submissions. This release must be installed before 1/31/2018 for January billing.
